Business partner in the Netherlands

Business in the Netherlands. With a partner on the ground.

In the Netherlands since 2009, with my own KVK since 2021. I am not a marketing agency and not a middleman: I am a business partner who builds websites, automation and video, maintains them monthly afterwards - and knows the market, the language and the people here. So if you want to bring solid IT into your company, have new technology rolled out as it appears, and fight (yes, fight - position is a constant fight) for your place in Google and in AI systems, or you have another idea that calls for digital adaptation - you are welcome to a free consultation today.

On the ground

Where my systems run today.

B2B in the Netherlands is not theory to me - it is running projects on the map. Hover the points: each one is real work I built or maintain.

Hover a city - every point is a real project.

Business in the Netherlands

From zero to a running business - the order that works.

I walked this road myself and then repeated it with clients. Six steps, no theory - click them open.

1 · KVK and paperwork

Registration at the Chamber of Commerce (KVK), a VAT number, a business account. One day of work if you know where to go - and months of frustration if you do not. I know where to go.

2 · Brand and website

A name, a logo and a multilingual site built from the first line of code to be found - in Google and by AI assistants. This is exactly what I build under my own name.

3 · Local visibility

The Netherlands buys locally: a dedicated page per city with real context beats any national brochure. That is how D-Kozijnen got 21 city pages that rank independently.

4 · Systems instead of chaos

Quotes, hours, invoices, reports - that should run by itself. I build AI agents and n8n automations under the Firmatic name; they run at real companies today.

5 · Images that sell

Corporate video, events, product imagery - your own material instead of stock photos. Six years behind the camera under Look Arts Vision, 4.9★ on Google.

6 · Maintenance and growth

The difference between a project and a partner: I do not deliver and disappear. Hosting, updates, SEO, backups and new features - monthly, under one roof.

B2B in the Netherlands

One partner. No middle layers.

B2B cooperation here means: one point of contact for strategy, build and maintenance. Camera and channels under one roof, clear terms up front, an exit arrangement in writing and numbers I can deliver - no promises that collapse after one Google update.

Questions

Business in the Netherlands - what people ask me.

How do I start a business in the Netherlands?

With the basics: KVK registration, a VAT number and a business account - only then brand, website and systems. That order is above, in six steps. If you would rather walk it with a partner than alone - the first conversation is free.

Do you work with Polish companies entering the Dutch market?

Yes - that is my natural territory. I speak Polish, Dutch and English, know both cultures and build multilingual sites and systems that get found here. The projects on this site are the proof.

What does "business partner" mean, rather than "vendor"?

A vendor delivers and disappears. A business partner stays: monthly maintenance, thinking ahead about the next step and one point of contact when something comes up. The ground rules - clear terms, honest numbers, an exit arrangement - are in black and white on the My story page.

What does B2B cooperation cost?

A new website starts around EUR 1000, social media from EUR 750 per month, the "How I do it" training costs EUR 1499 excl. VAT. For custom work (automation, apps) you get clear terms and a schedule up front - not a price list, but clarity before I start.

Looking for an expert in the Netherlands - or a partner?

An expert answers your question. A partner builds with you and stays. The first conversation is free - half an hour online or over coffee, and you will know if it clicks.
