What data do I process?
What you enter in the contact form yourself: name, email address, subject and your message. In addition, only if you consent to it, I use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the site - where they click and where they get stuck. Clarity records those interactions in anonymised form; entered fields are masked. I do not build personal profiles from it and I do not sell the data.
What for?
To answer your question and, if we end up working together, to carry out the assignment. I do not use your data for advertising and I sell it to no one.
For how long?
Enquiries that lead nowhere I delete within twelve months. Data belonging to an assignment I keep for as long as the law requires.
Who else sees it?
Only the technical providers needed to run this site and my email (hosting, email service). They process data solely on my instructions.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion - one email is enough. If you disagree with something, you can turn to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Cookies
On your first visit I ask for consent to analytics cookies. If you decline, no analytics script is loaded and nothing remains except the record of your choice itself - the site works exactly the same. There are no advertising or profiling cookies, and I do not combine your data with other sources. You can change your choice at any time via Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Parties that may see data
I do not sell data and do not use it for advertising. These are the parties technically needed to run the site and to be able to reply to you.
- NetlifyUSAHosting of the site. Sees your IP address and which page you requested in server logs, which is required to send it to you.
- YouTube (Google)USA / EUPlays the videos on the video & photography page. Loads ONLY after you click play (privacy mode, youtube-nocookie.com) - until that click nothing is sent to Google. When playing, YouTube sees your IP address.
- BrevoEU (France)Sends the email after you submit the form: the notification to me and the confirmation to you. So it sees what you wrote in the form, and only then.
- Microsoft ClarityUSA / EUOnly with your consent. Records where visitors click and where they get stuck. Entered fields are masked, so what you type does not go in.
